Corporate gifting, supplied.
You fund one order and send us a list. We compose, source from Vermont makers, consolidate per destination, and ship one parcel to each person on your roster.
Three tiers from $75 a gift. Programs from 10 recipients. One parcel per destination.
- Classic
- about $75 a gift
- Signature
- about $125–175 a gift
- Executive
- about $200–300+ a gift
A program, not an order form.
What separates a managed program from buying fifty gifts and mailing them yourself is the receiving, the consolidation, and the person accountable when something goes wrong.
- Sourced in Vermont
- Goods come from named Vermont makers we buy from directly, so the answer to "where is this from" is a person and a place, not a catalogue number.
- Consolidated by us
- Every component lands in our packing space first. Nothing is drop-shipped from a vendor to your recipient, so nothing arrives half-composed or twice.
- One parcel per destination
- A fifty-person office receives fifty parcels, each addressed to one person, each with the card that belongs to it. Not fifty scattered shipments.
- Run by one operator
- The person who reads your inquiry is the person who packs your program. Exceptions — a wrong address, a damaged parcel, a rush — are decided by the same person, quickly.
Three tiers, one program floor.
A program runs from 10 recipients. That is a floor on the roster rather than a price you have to reach — the smallest program is 10 gifts at the tier you choose, whatever that comes to. Every tier is quoted from your roster, and the Executive tier is quoted individually at any size.
Classic
about $75 a gift
One well-made Vermont gift, the same for every recipient. The program for a team, a client list, or a thank-you that has to land everywhere at once.
- One composed gift per recipient
- Consolidated and shipped to each destination
- A printed card, or a roster-matched personal note
- One parcel per destination, tracking shared on dispatch
$75 a gift, before the shipping allowance.
Signature
about $125–175 a gift
A composed gift with room for a choice: tiers within the roster, a named maker, and personalisation that reads as written for that person.
- Two to four components, composed per recipient group
- Maker-sourced goods with the maker named
- Personalised card or label, roster-matched
- Consolidated and shipped to each destination
$125 a gift, before the shipping allowance.
Executive
about $200–300+ a gift
A short list, handled individually — leadership, board, and the relationships where the gift carries the message. Quoted per program, never from a table.
- Composed with you, recipient group by recipient group
- Sourcing and lead time confirmed before you commit
- Presentation and delivery arranged to the occasion
- Quoted individually — the estimator gives a starting range only
Quoted individually for every program.
Prices are per gift and exclude shipping. Shipping is quoted as an allowance per destination once your roster is final, because the destination count — not the gift count — is what moves the freight. Estimate a rangeor ask for a proposal.
What happens, in order.
The order of these steps is the program. The freeze dates are what make a December deadline survivable, so they are stated here rather than discovered in a contract.
You brief us, we propose
Recipient count, tier, occasion, and a date. The proposal carries the composition, the per-gift price, the shipping allowance per destination, and the date we would ship.
You fund the order, and the composition locks
A $200 reservation deposit places the program, and it is refunded in full unless the program goes ahead. Payment to 50% funds procurement and locks the gift; the remaining 50% is due before dispatch. A program runs from 10 recipients.
The roster locks at T-10 business days
Names, addresses, and personalisation text are due ten business days before the first scheduled ship date. After that, a changed or added row is $10 and best-effort — and once shipping labels are purchased, the roster is closed.
We receive, consolidate, and pack
Everything is received into our own packing space, checked, and packed per recipient. Nothing is drop-shipped to your people.
One parcel per destination
Each recipient gets one parcel with the card that belongs to it. Tracking is shared with you on dispatch, not with your recipients.
We follow the exceptions
Wrong address before dispatch, a damaged parcel, or a rush are handled by us inside a published authority, so you are not the one chasing a carrier in December.
Estimate a program.
Arithmetic on published prices, from your recipient count and tier. It is a planning range — not a quote, and never a landed price.
Share a target arrival date and we will confirm supplier and shipping cutoffs.
10-recipient minimum
A program runs from 10 recipients. The three tiers are Classic — about $75 a gift, Signature — about $125–175 a gift, Executive — about $200–300+ a gift. Choose a recipient count and a tier to see a planning range.
Share your target arrival date and we will confirm supplier and shipping cutoffs.
Planning range only. Excludes shipping, tax, and personalisation add-ons. Shipping is quoted as an allowance per destination once we have your roster.
Lead-time guidance is not yet confirmed against our supplier cutoff calendar — we check your date before anything is promised.
What you are actually committing to.
These are the terms that decide whether a program goes well. They are stated here in full rather than left to a conversation after the deposit.
- Customisation, within the freeze
- Composition is locked when the order is funded; personalisation text is locked at T-10 business days. Both are changeable before their lock, and priced per row after it — never silently refused.
- Shipping is an allowance, not a surprise
- Per-destination freight is quoted once your roster is final and shown as its own line. You see the destination count and the allowance before you commit.
- Substitutions are equivalent, and disclosed
- If a component cannot be sourced, we substitute at the same tier and tell you what changed and why. We do not downgrade quietly to protect a margin.
- Quality is checked before packing
- Every component is received and inspected in our own space. A damaged or short item is replaced before it is packed, not after it is delivered.
- Your recipients' data stays out of it
- This site never collects recipient names, addresses, or personalisation text. Rosters are exchanged privately once a program is confirmed.
- The guarantee excludes the carrier
- We stand behind what we pack and dispatch. Delay caused by the carrier is out of our control and out of the guarantee, and we will tell you exactly which is which.
Questions that stop an inquiry.
Answered here, so the first conversation starts further along.
- Is there a minimum order?
- There is no minimum order value. A program runs from 10 recipients, because receiving, consolidating, and dispatching a program has a fixed cost that a smaller roster cannot carry. The floor is a roster size rather than a price you have to reach: the smallest program is 10 gifts at the tier you choose, whatever that comes to.
- What happens to the deposit?
- It is $200, it holds your place, and it is credited against the program. It is refunded in full if the program does not go ahead — including when we decide we cannot serve it well, which we would tell you on the call rather than after it. Once the program is funded the deposit is applied to committed procurement and is no longer refundable.
- How far ahead should I start?
- Comfortably, not urgently. The later a roster lands, the less room there is to source a component that has run short. The hard freeze is what matters: your roster and personalisation text are due ten business days before the first scheduled ship date, and once shipping labels are purchased the roster is closed.
- What does shipping cost?
- It is quoted as an allowance per destination, and the destination count is what drives it — fifty recipients at one office is not the same freight as fifty addresses in fifty towns. Give us the roster and we quote it as its own line, before you commit.
- Can you handle dietary needs and restrictions?
- Tell us in the brief and we will compose around them — an alcohol-free variant, a nut-free variant, a non-food variant. If a restriction cannot be met at your tier, we say so before the order is funded rather than after.
- How does personalisation work?
- You send the roster with the text that belongs to each person, and we match it. Rows are due with the roster at T-10 business days; a row changed or added after that is $10 and best-effort until the labels are purchased.
- What do you need to know about my recipients?
- Only what ships a parcel: a name, a delivery address, and any personalisation text. Nothing about your recipients is collected on this website — the inquiry form asks for your business contact details only, and the roster is exchanged privately once a program is confirmed.
Two ways to start.
Ask for a proposal and you get a composed program, a per-gift price, a shipping allowance, and a ship date. Ask for a sample box and you get the goods in your hands before you commit a budget to them.
Both are the same form. Tell us which one you want, and what the occasion is.
- A proposal — for a program you have budgeted and dated.
- A sample box — for when you need to see the goods before you choose a tier.
